Insurance Claims
1) Call us at 214-810-2FIX Please have your insurance information ready. After Hours AutoGlass will call your insurance company to verify auto glass insurance coverage. (Most insurance companies require a three-way conference call to verify your insurance coverage and confirm you selected After Hours Auto Glass to replace your broken auto glass.)
2) Select an appointment day and time. Usually we require a minimum four-hour period. (We want to make sure our techs have time to get safely to each job and perform quality work.)
3) Our techs will come to your home or work. All you need to do is meet out technicians in the parking lot to unlock your car and go back to work. Our technicians will replace your broken windshield, door glass, or back window in your driveway or work parking lot while you continue to work. Upon completion of your replacement our technician will call you out to inspect the work and sign our insurance billing . Some installations being more complex require in shop service only.
